Enjoy our Slow Flow classes that are perfect for the pregnant mother.

Wednesdays at 5:45 pm

Mommy & Baby Yoga

Wednesdays at 1:30 pm

Relax, connect and move with your baby through practice led by Sabina. During class, you have the option: either your baby can be close to you on the mat or can actually participate in the movements.
