As I Am Yoga Community serves the Wichita Falls community in peacefulness through movement and mindfulness. We have several opportunities for individuals to join our community of conscious and intentional people.  Each part contributes, and when individuals are embodied and fully present, their individual magic is shared with the whole.


Power Yoga Class

Friday's at 5:45pm

Practice mindfulness through exercise with Yvonne on Friday evenings. She donates her time to teach this Power Yoga class, and proceeds benefit the Overcoming Trauma Project serving Wichita Falls through scholarship and workshops with non-profits. 


Cherished Soul Yoga

Sundays at 2 pm

Cassie teaches this Trauma Sensitive Yoga Class with chair options every Sunday afternoon. This class focuses on empowering individuals by building steady foundations and strengths. It is a lighthearted, fun class with easy listening music and lots of laughter. 


Yoga For Sexual Assault Awareness Month

April 26 @ Midwestern State University

Embrace your voice and join us for an hour of awareness and wellness in support of all those impacted by sexual assault. These trauma informed yoga classes are suitable for beginners and experienced yogis alike. We will focus on empowering individuals by building steady foundations, and discuss techniques for managing the physical manifestations of trauma.
