Spring is the perfect time to cleanse after the winter can tend to build up clutter and toxins. Katie will teach a two-hour yoga detox workshop to rid the body of destructive thoughts and toxins. When we detox, we allow for greater absorption of nutrients and a brighter outlook on life. Detox doesn’t just mean a fad diet. You can detox your life, your bad habits, your negative thought patterns, and people.

This workshop serves as a reset for your mind and your body. It will give you the space to let go and remind each of us that we all need a cleanse of body and spirit every once in a while.
Katie will guide a twisty flow to sweat out and wring out any areas of our body holding tension. We'll also discuss a few tips to "detox" your daily routine and thought patterns.
