Intention Setting Workshop

Let 2018 be the year you step forward with consistency of mind, body and spirit. Spend time on New Year's Eve reflecting on 2017 and setting intentions for the New Year at As I Am Yoga Community. Cassie will guide yoga, mindfulness, journaling and other creative activities so that you may start 2018 with a fresh mindset and solid intention. Bring a journal and your mat with you, we will provide the rest!
