Embrace your voice and join us for an hour of awareness and wellness in support of all those impacted by sexual assault.  This trauma informed yoga class is suitable for beginners and experienced yogis alike.  We will focus on empowering individuals by building steady foundations, and discuss techniques for managing the physical manifestations of trauma.

Intro to Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy has become very popular recently. Safe and sustainable practices are essential to proper usage. Cassie will first cover the basic safety guidelines for usage of essential oils. She will also cover the basics for home remedies and how essential oils interact with our body processes. 

Cassie will discuss sustainable use practices with essential oils and the responsibility to the earth in our usage. We will also get to smell a variety of essential oils.
