As I Am Yoga Community classes are developed to be an empowering flow that is accessible to all levels. If this is your first time taking a yoga class, we recommend the First Time Yogi class offered at the beginning of each month.
6:15a - 7:15a
Sunrise flow is a well-rounded sequence designed to slowly awaken your body so that you may approach your day with increased flexibility, strength and mental clarity. All experience levels welcome.

In this Power Yoga class, students can expect a faster flow, challenging beginners and advanced yogis alike. This powerful, yet peaceful practice is ideal for anyone looking for an energetic pace that helps shake off the week and calm the ever-chattering mind.
